Getting your hands on some of this in recent times has been a bit of a struggle so we're very pleased to be able to list and stock it. This multi (8 in total) variety blend is a light and creamy fizz that can pair up with all sorts of grilled fish, especially mackerel and sardines. A cracking alternative to Champagne and you can support our wine producers too.

Cara Lee Dely
From the South Downs in Sussex, Bolney Estate is a leading name in English wine. With over 15 hectares under vine and a modern winery established in 2005, the estate is recognised nationally and internationally. Sustainability is central to its approach. South African-born Cara Lee Dely leads the winemaking team, applying techniques carefully adapted to the cool climate of West Sussex.
"I wanted a sparkling wine in our range to stand out. There are so many traditional method wines out there from the UK made with only the Champagne varieties and having a point of difference is important. This is a bit of a crazy blend from 8 different varieties that has a wonderful creamy texture and a lifted elderflower note." - Cara Lee Dely, Winemaker.
