The Winemaker The Winemaker
Aurélie Vion
An oenologist since 2009, Aurélie Vion studied in Montpellier in the South of France. After a stay in New Zealand for a few months, she was a cellar master in Gironde for six years, at the heart of production, which she says was an experience rich in learning. She was then expatriated to the Middle East for four years, an experience rich in discovery, culture and meetings, she says. Back in France, she has been working at Bordeaux Families since May 2020 as a product manager. She is also responsible for the Bordeaux Families' bottle range, quality, consistency and creativity, always looking for new products in line with customer expectations. Finally, recently, she has been in charge of their new activity: the dealcoholisation of wines. This project has been built internally for three years and they are proud today to offer a range of quality, complete and gourmet dealcoholised wines.
