The Wine The Wine
Australia
Region:Langhorne Creek
South Australia is our spiritual wine home Down Under, entirely based on two decades of working with Steve Grimley. Not only is he an elite winemaker, he also knows everyone in the region and is first in line whenever there's a top-end parcel going for a song. This 100% Shiraz comes from an illustrious producer in the Langhorne Creek, packed with dark berry fruit, deeply concentrated on the palate and with a few years age, it is now silky, supple and drinking exceptionally well.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Steve Grimley
Steve Grimley heads up the winemaking team at his small winery on Chalk Hill in the McLaren Vale. 25 years of working with him has added countless classics to our range. We have no intention of settling for all the wins we've had, we're going to continue to push the boundaries and bring you truly exceptional wines that always carry his signature drinkability.
"A classic South Australian Shiraz that has been afforded a little time to settle and marry in bottle. Loaded with black fruit and peppery spice, this was drinking superbly on release and is on fire right now." - Steve Grimley, Winemaker.
