Pierre Chavin is the bold creation of oenologist Fabien Gross and Champagne‑born entrepreneur Mathilde Boulachin, established in 2010 in Béziers, in France’s Languedoc‑Roussillon region. Blending traditional winemaking with a forward‑looking vision, the duo set out to craft wines that deliver all the pleasure and complexity of classic French wine - but with innovative, mindful alternatives.
