Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz is one of Australia's most iconic red wines and was once a single-vineyard production from the famous Barossa Valley Kalimna vineyard. Today, keeping a good chunk of the original ethos and philosophy at its heart, it has evolved into a multi-region, multi-vineyard blend with the Barossa Valley always well represented. As it was when first released back in 1959, it is robust and generously flavoured, layered with complexity and intrigue and it'll reward careful cellaring handsomely.
