Pierre-Yves Rouillé
Originally from Alsace, winemaker Pierre-Yves Rouillé honed his craft through vintages in Champagne, Burgundy and New Zealand, before returning to settle in the Sunny south of France. He's an expert when it comes to making top-class wines but has a special fondness and natural flair for creating zesty fresh whites.
