Crafted on England's sunny South Coast, Henners Brut NV is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the classic Champagne trio. Made using the traditional method, it's a brilliant homegrown bubbly that turns any moment into a celebration. Nestled in the village of Herstmonceux, just a few miles from the sea, Henners takes full advantage of the coastal breeze and chalky soils that define Sussex's vineyards. Every bottle is hand-crafted with care by a small, passionate team dedicated to showing just how world-class, English sparkling wine can be.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Collette O'Leary
The Henners wines are made by a small team of just three people: Collette, Will and Samantha. They are involved in every aspect of wine production; from grape to glass. In fact, each team member will handle every bottle two or three times before release and has oversight of every element. Collette joined the team as Head Winemaker in 2019 and really is a tour de force. She oversees the day to day running of the Estate and all aspects of wine production at Henners. Her mission has been to reinvigorate the brand and develop the winery with cutting edge technology to make sure every wine is flawless.
