Grown beneath sun-soaked skies on stony soils shaped by the Mediterranean climate, this elegant rosé blends Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah for layers of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant bite. Bright, refreshing and beautifully balanced, this is a cracking rosé that can be enjoyed chilled all year round with or without food.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Jean de Roquefeuil
Jean de Roquefeuil has led Domaine d’Aussières since 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from the prestigious Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite portfolio. Raised among the vineyards of Bordeaux and trained as both an agricultural engineer and oenologist, he combines technical expertise with a deep respect for the land. Today, he works to unlock the full potential of Aussières’ rugged Corbières terroir, crafting wines that express its authenticity, character and Mediterranean charm.
"A rosé that perfectly captures modern Languedoc winemaking. Juicy summer berries, delicate raspberry and a little citrus lift mingle on the palate, while a fresh mineral edge keeps everything lively, balanced and irresistibly drinkable." - Dave Roberts, Wine Buyer.
