An exclusive Pays d'Oc Chardonnay that captures the sun-drenched character of the Languedoc with genuine elegance. Crafted from prized vineyards where limestone hills meet cooling Mediterranean breezes, this 100% Chardonnay combines ripe citrus and orchard fruit with a vibrant mineral edge. Fresh, beautifully balanced and quietly sophisticated, it's a wine that proves the south of France can deliver Chardonnay with both richness and remarkable poise.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Jean de Roquefeuil
Jean de Roquefeuil has led Domaine d’Aussières since 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from the prestigious Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite portfolio. Raised among the vineyards of Bordeaux and trained as both an agricultural engineer and oenologist, he combines technical expertise with a deep respect for the land. Today, he works to unlock the full potential of Aussières’ rugged Corbières terroir, crafting wines that express its authenticity, character and Mediterranean charm.
"A Chardonnay that lets the region do the talking. Bright stone fruit, citrus and a gentle mineral lift make this wonderfully versatile, while its balance and understated elegance elevate it well beyond everyday Pays d'Oc expectations." - Dave Roberts, Wine Buyer.
